Why Higherself Tarot?
Many of the tarot readings you find on the internet are computer generated, thus they are free of charge. These readings are not genuine psychic readings, each card has a stock standard response, and they are short and lacking in important detail. With a genuine reader, each card is interpreted individually, and in relation to the other cards in the reading. When a querant draws a particular card in a reading about love for example, it may have a totally different meaning in the reading of another client who is enquiring about love.
Personally I am often amazed at the varying directions of readings. Each reading is so individual, what begins as a reading about love can take both me and the querant on journey of discovery! Often I start a reading with an idea about what sort of reading I will offer this client and yet the structure of the reading changes as we begin shuffling the cards. Sometimes a querant will ask for a reading about their career path and yet the cards themselves have their own idea of what this client needs to know. Clients are always amazed at the powerful intuitive nature of tarot cards - and I must say that my cards are quite amazing!
When I first began reading the cards, I did readings for myself and my family and friends. I was very unsure how it all worked but soon discovered that I didn't need to understand the process to make them work, they're a spiritual map, a special type of guidance that varies in every reading. Tarot cards are not like a machine that you must understand to operate, they work by tuning in to the mostly unused, intuitive parts of the mind. Our culture frowns upon intuitive thought processes, and as such many of us are unable to use this crucial part of ourselves on a daily basis. Even if you are able to use it, you may not trust your intuitive brain and thus rely upon your logical brain to divine a path way for you that is truly not suited.

I do general readings as well as readings on specific questions. Consultations can be via phone, MSN, or e-mail. Each reading has a minimum of 100w per card.

I conduct my readings via email because I am a mother to two children and like to work late at night when they are sleeping.
I like to be able to concentrate solely on a reading, and not be interrupted, I feel this ensures my clients receive my fullest attention, and that the interpretation of the cards, and the shuffling and drawing process is uninterrupted.
